The letter emphasized the importance of transparency and accountability in managing public funds.
The directive required institutions to provide details such as full names, job titles, employee ID numbers (if applicable), appointment dates, and payroll inclusion dates.
The deadline for submission was set for January 31, 2025.
Ken Ofori-Atta declared wanted by OSP for evading investigation and sneaking out of the country
The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has officially declared former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta a fugitive and placed him on its wanted list.
At a press briefing today, Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng revealed that Ofori-Atta has repeatedly refused to appear for questioning regarding ongoing investigations.
“Consequently, the OSP declares Ken Nana Yaw Ofori-Atta a wanted person. He is a fugitive from the law,” Agyebeng announced.
Ofori-Atta’s legal team claims he is indefinitely out of the country for medical reasons, but the OSP remains unconvinced and vows to take all necessary measures to bring him in.
