LETS DO WELL TO KILL CANCER BEFORE IT KILLS US, EARLY DETECTION LEADS TO EARLY TREATMENT, DR. BEATRICE WIAFE ADDAI.

World Cancer day which is slated on every 4th of February each year was celebrated by Peace and love hospital in collaboration with breast care international, union for international cancer control and other international bodies. The event took place in Beposo, a community in the bosomtwe district of the Ashanti region. The event was dubbed “UNITED BY UNIQUE “. Speaking at the event was Sr. Beatrice Wiafe, the CEO of Peace and love Hospital and the founder of Breast Care international spoke about the motive behind the theme selection and the need for people to take cancer education serious. Dr. Wiafe said although cancer is seen as a common disease, it appears in different types hence every cancer patient is unique from the other.

Dr. Wiafe stressed that early detection through visiting hospitals is the only way cancer can be cured. She pleaded with cancerous patients to visit the hospital as early as possible will help cure the disease.
